Dashboard & quick add
Account balance, month balance and spending margin. Add an expense in a few taps — type it like you'd say it.
DeadFinance helps you see how much you have, how much you spend, and how much you can still spend this month — in CHF, with quick entry and a clear monthly view.
Not a bank. No investments. No tax or legal advice — an informational tool for everyday money.

Problem
Spreadsheets, banking apps, mental math — and you still don't know how much you can spend before payday.
Solution
DeadFinance focuses on salary, fixed costs, variable spending and what's left in the month. No trading, no crypto, no wealth planning.
“How much can I still spend this month?”
Features
Account balance, month balance and spending margin. Add an expense in a few taps — type it like you'd say it.
Income, outgoings and transactions by category: income, fixed costs, extra spending, savings.
Rent, subscriptions, recurring bills — kept separate so they don't surprise you mid-month.
Close the month, review past months and sketch future ones — light projections, not consultant forecasts.
How it works
Guided onboarding: starting balance, salary, fixed costs, monthly budget and your first month.
Coffee, groceries, bills — add expenses and income in a few taps, whenever it happens.
Dashboard and overview show your margin, categories and month progress — without opening Excel.

DeadFinance wasn't born as a startup.
It wasn't created in a meeting room.
It wasn't built after reading market research.
It started with a real problem — one I was living through myself.
There was a stretch when opening my bank app meant stress. Bills, installments, priorities piling up — and still no clear picture of where my money was actually going.
DeadFinance didn't come from a market opportunity. It came from that feeling.
Where does my money go?
Excel, stress, and the same question every month.

The journey has just begun.
“I'll start saving for taxes ahead — instead of chasing them every year.”
Over time, that spreadsheet became a Discord bot on my personal server. Its name was DeadFinance. The name came naturally.
For years I've used the nickname DeadShot in games and online communities. My personal tools grew under the same identity — not as a brand exercise, but as things I actually used.
Eventually, the Discord bot wasn't enough. I wanted something that could genuinely help people understand their finances — so I started building the app from scratch.
Every screen exists because I kept thinking: I would have wanted this two years ago.
“I didn't want to feel lost anymore when I opened my bank app.”
Its purpose is much simpler. To help you always know:
— without the stress of guessing.
